All Packages are "as is" and no alterations will be made except for the large foil numbers.

3. Call us to provide payment information to make sure we have your order booked!

Cancellation needs to be made at least 24 hours in advance, no refund will be issued once the balloons are made. For delivery options, please select delivery option at check out, we will contact you regarding delivery arrangements.
